From October 10, 2024, to January 16, 2025, the Maison de l’Amérique Latine of Paris will host an exhibition featuring 17 artists with Latin American origin who are now acclaimed on the international stage. Their works, produced between the 1960s and today, incorporate elements such as threads, weaving, braiding and knotting.

For this exhibition, Elias Crespin will unveil his newest perimeter creation, La Danza de las Catenarias II, 2024. His work explores the relation of different thread materials, specifically wool connected to metal tubes. Suspended in the air by nylon threads, these elements create a perpetual and captivating dance.
